Spring Fever

This etsybloggers' team carnival asks the all-important question, "What do you do to escape the "Cabin Fever" doldrums?"
revel in Spring flowers

make something crafty with friends
(I'm on the far right--above photo, just in case you thought it might be the one below!)
enjoy kitties
make new discoveries with my camera
ride my bike
cook something to share

(herbs in planter)

(beard tongue and fairy roses)

plan a garden
dream of vacation
and appreciate each day as the gift that it is.

You mean you're not a cat? And all this time... ;)

Spring flowers are a high peak of the year for me.

I really like all these photos - and I'm just so glad spring is finally here (more or less!) This was a hard winter - at least for me.

P.S. Margaret - I don't think I knew that you were a Univ. of MD alumni - I am too. I was there from 1980-1986 for my B.S. and M.S. in Agronomy/Soils. I really enjoyed going to school there - the community was so diverse. I was about 4-5 years older than most of the other undergraduates but there were plenty of people my age or even older going to school. I was not into sports at all when I was going there, but have learned to appreciate them!

I would go outside, digging up in the garden, cook something..Your photos look like a good list to me.

I paint pictures when I can't be outside to take them. Keeping the doldrums away can be tricky in any season. I say eat chocolate. That is good any season & for any reason~ And very pleasin'...

hmmmm I think I just wrote a song. [insert big grin here] Loved your post. <3

what beautiful pictures. Mom loves baskets. She once stood for hours watching the ladies in Charleston, SC make baskets out of sweet grass...I think that was what it was called.
Happy Sunday,
Madi and Mom

What a neat post... I love it... There are always wonderful things to do so we should have no excuses when we get the 'blues'.... I love your baskets... I did that once --but that was many years ago.

Gardening, playing with pets, biking, hiking, vacationing----it just doesn't get any better...

Made me smile this morning.
Hugs,
Betsy

How fun to see all the creative things you enjoy. I love to garden, walk on the beach, play with my fur-kids, take photographs, create mosaics, read, write, and learn new things.
Hugs and blessings,

I love your list!! But this means I'd have to leave the pc!

Fun pictures, crafting, cooking, friends, gardening, some of my favorite things!

What a wonderful post! I loved seeing all the things Spring will bring you, and I'm totally impressed with the baskets. I've never known anyone who made their own Easter Baskets!

Terrific pics, you've got a real talent there. But I thought you were a cat? How do you press all the right buttons and cope with the handlebars???

We're back online but at a new space: http://blog.lepak.com. Can you change your bookmarks for us? See you soon.
