terrarium

detail of a terrarium assembled by my daughter and her boyfriend.  It contains a variety of plants and live mosses.

(I love terrariums and will be making one or two of my own soon.)

  4. Love it. I made a terrarium last year but it didn't survive our move very well. Guess I'll just have to make another one!

  6. I too love terrariums, but would love to make one with a dome over it. Do you think this would work?

    1. Yes, absolutely! They're called cloches. This one has a dome but it is not apparent in this photo.

  9. I used to make terrariums with my elementary students. We'd put them inside a glass jar. I like the variety in your daughter's.
