San Felipe de Neri Church

interior view of San Felipe de Neri Church

Built in 1793, this church has been in continuous use.  It is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
My POST from yesterday contains a couple details of this church.

  1. what a great old church! love the interior

  2. Love these old beautiful churches, this one is so pretty

  3. Beautiful, light and airy church interior. Love it!

  4. 1793 - cool/wow! My family went to NM a few years ago, but I wasn't able to go with them. It seems like a lovely place!

  5. Churches have some of the most beautiful details I've ever seen! From ornate woodwork to those beautiful stained glass windows!

  6. I love the old Churches with their intricate carvings and beautiful statues. Somehow they always seem to have a more peaceful feeling.
