The model of Mersham, near Ashford, has been knitted by members of the village's 40-strong Afternoon Club over the past 23 years. Lost Mitten has a post on this and I just had to share. Go to her blog post and get a link to a short video of the village. See some of the ladies and a few of the bulidings AND a cricket field complete with players onOtter Wise. The village has been on display over the years to raise money for city hall. But as of May 16, it is being sold piece by piece.
