Those look fantastic, Margaret!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried growing beans in containers before, but I might next year :)
Yum! And healthy, too! I've never seen a purple bean.
ReplyDeleteWow, I've never seen purple beans before. I'd grow them just because they're so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteBeans are one of my favorite veggies, raw or cooked. Yours look so good!
ReplyDeleteYum! They look very healthy :) Have a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteHugs!
Oooh, they look great! I don't see purple ones too often!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen purple beans before! Pretty dang cool!
ReplyDeleteWow good job! It really is an art, growing your own produce. It's great that you are helping the earth by growing at least some of your own food!
ReplyDeleteYum! I didn't know there was such a thing as purple beans. What a pretty color!

How exciting! I've only eaten green beans.
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen purple runner beans in quite a while. Yum!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photo! I wanted to start growing some veggies but we were a little late this year. We just bought a new house in April and it's going to take a bit of work to get an area together for a garden (lots of river rock landscaping). I hope to be able to have a garden next year.
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious and healthy! Thanks for commenting on my Mysteries blog on July 4:)
ReplyDeleteNo way! I would never think of using containers maybe because it is so hot here but what a great idea. And yours look great.
ReplyDeletePerfect specimens - I'm waiting for tomatoes.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture, I'm curious about what you prepared with them.
